Well, I joined a gym today. Ready to get motivated!!

Special K cereal w/ Skim Milk
Turkey Bacon
Diet Cranberry Juice
30 sit-ups
Fire hydrants (leg exercises)
Definitely need to start my cardio and am on my way to the grocery store to buy some healthier food options....
