Saturday December 22 Challenge

Breakfast: bagel w/ fat free cream cheese and diet ginger ale

Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Dinner: Qdoba burrito and water- OOps ;(

Pre-workout- Chocolate banana shake

Post-workout- kiwi


Exercises:

40 minutes on elliptical

legs leg extensions, leg curls, toe-ups, some abs

Day two of going to the gym was good but cheating on the diet was not the best...

Starting to feel better already!!

Weight was at 159 lbs today
