Friday December 21st Challenge

Breakfast: Cereal w/ skim milk

Lunch: hamburger helper

dinner: Bagel w/ fat free cream cheese

Kiwi

Juice /diet ginger ale


Post work-out: Chocolate banana protein shake and one piece of celery

35 mins on elliptical

Upper body workout
& some back exercises

Pretty good day overall- proud of the cardio finally- made me feel awesome!!

Hope to start doing this daily!!
